Rainbow Coiled Fabric Basket
This coiled fabric basket is handmade using over 20 different 100% cotton batik fabrics. The fabric is sewn onto cording. Using a zigzag stitch on the sewing machine, the fabric covered cording is sewn into a basket shape. When finished, the bottom and sides are stiff and hold their shape, even when filled. The basket is finished with a small band approximately 1.75 inches wide sewn on the outside rim and secured with a coordinating button for a finished look.
It measures 7.25 inches across the top, 5.5 inches across the base and is 3 inches tall.
Fabric baskets are safe to use on all delicate surfaces. They will not scratch your furniture, and are great for holding keys, phone, hand towels, jewelry, mail, eyeglasses, or whatever you would like. They make a great gift or lovely addition to your own home.
